Established in 2003, the Delray Center began as private psychiatric practice with one doctor, founder Raul J. Rodriguez, MD. Early in his private practice, Dr. Rodriguez noticed an alarming trend of patients with depression and other mental health diagnoses that were increasingly more complex and difficult to treat. In order to better serve these patients, Dr. Rodriguez created the Delray Center for Integrative Medicine, a medical center dedicated to caring for patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD), and other mental health conditions that do not respond to conventional psychiatric treatment.
DCIM combines the latest in cutting-edge medical care for mental health disorders with holistic and alternative practices and treatments. Our goal is to treat patients in their entirety – mind, body, and spirit. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, therapists, nurses practitioners, yoga instructors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, personal trainers, and other care specialists. In addition to psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy, we offer acupuncture, massage, and IV vitamin infusions at our facility, so our patients can receive coordinated, well-rounded care all in one place.
For years, the Delray Center for Integrative Medicine has pioneered the use of Ketamine therapy for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. Our Ketamine treatment program includes IV Ketamine infusions as well as the FDA-approved Esketamine nasal spray, both for clinical depression. In addition, DCIM is proud to offer the Rodriguez Method of Ketamine Infusions (RMOKI), a Ketamine infusion protocol designed for the toughest depression cases. The RMOKI dual Ketamine infusion was developed by our Founder and Medical Director, Dr. Raul J. Rodriguez and is only available at the Delray Center.
